Thanks Eric & Doc Rock!
The track Chorale on Vol 2 sounds like i've heard it before, is it an insert from another song? Can anyone help?

yes... it was an unfinished thing, called harmonies or something. It's been extended into something useful here as a bridge between songs, intended for a smile remix.

"Chorale" appeared on the original Pet Sounds cd issue, tho a slightly different version. It is in fact a harmony for Don't Talk (Put Your Head On My Shoulder) that wasn't added to the song. Listen to Chorale, then to Don't Talk, and maybe also to the string part from Don't Talk which is included on the PS Boxed Set, and it will all fit in place.

The Chorale bits are seriously out of sinc I think - the best version is on the UM 14/14 alternative Pet Sounds. Its also had an official release on one of the Pet Sounds releases.

Ah, yes - I have heard that. Linear Zap did an edit. Check it out if you haven't heard it.
